Lag on laptop 5 minutes?

Hello.
Notebook Lenovo g700. The laptop is an old workhorse. When turned on, for the first 20 minutes it behaves as if several seconds had passed after turning it on - i.e. takes a very long time to start all processes. Prior to this, loading all processes took 3-5 minutes. Tell me what could have happened, what could be the problem

Maybe Windows, maybe garbage in autoload, maybe hard tryndets comes.

Try to do it in order:
1. Change the thermal paste.
2. Try to put another HDD, if it is normal, the problem is in it.
3. Reinstall OS.
4. If all else fails try calling Satan and buy a new laptop.
