Why is my laptop cooler buzzing when idle?

Hello. I've had Acer Aspire v3-571g for 9 months already, everything seems to be fine, but for the last month the cooler has become very buzzing, just like a drill, it feels like it's catching on something. The first time I saw such garbage was on the 4th month. The other day I disassembled the laptop, poked it, cleaned it, everything seems to be fine. Collected back again buzzes. And the buzzer is cut in only if the laptop is placed at an angle (when I play games on the table, it doesn’t buzz, as I sit on the couch, it starts buzzing so obligatory). Actually the question is: is this a defective cooler? If so, is it possible to change it separately from the rest of the cooling system (I forgot how it was fastened inside, I remember that I removed the entire system at once). And if so, which one to buy, mb what is better than this. Thank you.
UPD: There is an opinion that the problem is with the bearing. I looked under the sticker of the cooler, everything is tightly flooded there.

Is everything covered under the sticker? There, they usually put a rubber stopper tightly, maybe they just didn’t consider it? Usually in such cases it is enough to lubricate the whole thing.

Recently ran into a similar issue on an HP laptop. The cooler hummed strongly (vibrated). I disassembled the laptop, removed the cooler, cleaned it - it did not help. Decided to buy a new one. It turned out that finding a replacement is extremely problematic, because coolers for different laptop models are very different. As a result, I called the HP service, where they told me that the replacement of the cooler was a warranty case. The free repair took about a week.
PS I didn't have a receipt or a warranty card, and the laptop was over two years old.

maybe, when the laptop is on a curved surface, the bottom panel is pressed through and pressed against the cooler?

@mmka

most likely the sticker has peeled off and clings
