Rate the budget build (Budget $900). Where did you mess up?

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H V2
Video card MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ventus XS 6G
Memory HyperX DDR4-2666 2x 8GB
HDD Western Digital Blue 1TB
SSD ADATA Ultimate SU630 240GB Windows
Power supply Chieftec GPS- 600A8 600W
Case Case DeepCool Matrexx 55 Black
The task is mainly games, but also for hobbies (neural networks (just learning)) so that it is enough.

I would replace the RAM with a Samsung one.

Mother 100% replace with: b450 chipset, tk. a320s come with weak power supplies and 3600s will make your mother cry tears of blood.
Otherwise, everything is fine. Do not listen to the "experts" who need cool nvme ssds, you will only feel the difference between the cheapest ssd from crucial and Samsung's nvme if you often copy really large files.
+ and yes, it's better to take 1tb ssd instead of 1tb hdd and 240 ssd. It will cost 7 thousand - a little more expensive than a bunch, but quickly, silently.

Ssd should be changed to a more reliable manufacturer (at least some one crashed).
Put the motherboard Biostar B450MH if the budget cuts or better ASRock B450M Pro4.
Video card OK (if the difference in the store is small, then take 2060)
RAM OK (don't listen to the smart people, 2po8 is the best option, it is unlikely that more will be needed in the near future)
HDD OK (I'm inclined to Seagate Baracuda, for the same money faster)
Block OK
