The publisher went bankrupt and closed access to the game, what should I do?

Good afternoon,
Our publisher has gone bankrupt. And removed the link to our server from the game.
The game became unavailable through no fault of ours.
All access rights at the publisher, I only have access to statistics.
Is there a way to get rights back?

@tfe2012

We divided it as follows:
We have access to the server, the publisher has access to the game's admin account.
He has access to where to insert a link in classmates where to get the HTML file in which the flash file of the game lies. I don't know how clear I put it :)
If you go by the IP of the server, then the html file with the game will open. But this should be inserted into classmates.
Copyrights are ours. developer companies. But we have a publishing agreement in which we transfer the license for the game.
