Screen glare on MacBook Pro 2017, warranty case?

I bought an Apple MacBook Pro 13 2017 at 05ru 4 days ago, today I noticed that there are flashes on the screen, they are very annoying, is this a warranty case?
Less than 14 days have passed, can I immediately exchange it for a new one?
Or is this not a significant defect and it will not increase further?
