Why won't my Macbook's screen turn off?

Good afternoon.
I recently noticed a problem with my Macbook Pro. Stopped automatically dimming the screen after a certain idle time.
Power saving settings:

The screen does not turn off either when used independently or when the charger is connected.
Perhaps some program forbids this, but how to catch it?

Have you tried resetting SMC and NVRAM?
