Why does an external monitor turn on by itself after a certain period on Macbook?

We have:

  • Macbook Air M1
  • LG 27UL850 monitor connected via Type-C
  • Wired keyboard and mouse connected to the monitor

Problem:
If you leave the laptop connected by wire in sleep mode , once at a certain time (about once every 40 minutes) the backlight on the monitor turns on (without any image), the peripherals turn on (the keyboard and mouse light up) and after a couple of seconds the monitor writes a message that there is no incoming signal, I go back to sleep.
Changing the settings in the monitor (found only some kind of deep sleep) and in the laptop (found the item "Wake Mac to access the network) did not help.
Question:
What should I do to prevent this from happening again?

There is such a jamb that when the macbook checks its notifications at night for updates and others - it can do it without waking up, but as soon as at least some non-Mac device is connected to the mac - they are not trained to do this, at the slightest power surge on the mouse or keyboard ports, or even an empty hub wakes up a poppy.
