What should I do if I received a letter from the Ministry of Internal Affairs addressed to the domain administrator?

Hi Toaster!
A letter came to the mail with which the domain was registered (from [email protected] ).
Neither hosting nor reg.ru received any reports of violations (and did not notice anything like that).
Maybe someone came across, tell us about: the authenticity of the letter, the consequences, the reasons. In addition, the letter contains the domain "gdzvip.ru", and the domain that I registered is "gdz-vip.ru". Both of these sites exist, but mine is only 1 - hyphenated. All other data is mine. Does this mean that they will not be able to make a claim against me?
Whether they should answer something or maybe they are scammers, I don't know.
The situation is confusing, I would appreciate any help.

Domain gdzvip.ru not yours? So write that you are not a customer of the domain registration service, you are not the administrator of this domain either, you have no information about the current owner and administrator of the domain.

I am more than sure that they are looking for the owner with a hyphen. For on the site without a hyphen there is some garbage in general about the press. But ready-made homework is already smacks of extremism :D

Did you at least look at the properties of the letter before writing here?)))
find the true sender, I bet - it doesn’t smell like mevede, but yellow-blue for sure.
but on the topic - well, THEY do not send such letters by mail, because control is the basis of THEIR, but how to control this funny invention - email - is incomprehensible to the mind ...
just imagine - you forgot-lost the password to the email - there is no such article in the Criminal Code - store passwords until their last days - and what's next?)))
probably, just like they wrote here, run to the doorbell, yes, and don't look through the peephole, right?
And you answer ALL phone calls, right?
By the way, call back to an unknown phone number. the number is fraught with writing off a good amount per minute, someone advised above, he is also a smart guy)))

You would first call the real number, which is assigned to the address "Nikitsky per. 3" (there is no such number on the site as in your paper) and ask if Vadim Katkov or V.A. Savkin works there. And only then would they think whether to answer or not.

Your right not to waste time on this. I think if there was something important, they would come in person

If I were you, I would write that "I don't own the gdzvip.ru website, I don't know anything about it." Then I would delete my site gdz-vip.ru out of harm's way :)

Looked at both domains. I agree with Yaroslav Sivakov :)

How are these sites made? It's where you need to scan a bunch of solutions ... And if you take from other sites, then everything is there with watermarks.
Can someone enlighten?
Author - I think that most likely another letter will come with the correctly specified domain, because. another site without a hyphen is very strange.

Strange paper. Namely, printing. "for packages". What the heck is a package?
Secondly, the seal is not there ... it does not protect anything. So, apparently, it was easier to photoshop. And who sends such pieces of paper by e-mail? Only by regular mail or courier (if you really need it quickly) with acknowledgment of receipt.
Yes, and I would also verify the signature of this VRIO ... however, I don’t know where to get the original for verification.
