Can a notary confirm the relation of this account to this company?

What we have:

  1. there is a wallet owner, on the same air - a legal entity/individual
  2. have a wallet

Can a notary confirm that this account is owned by this legal/natural person? Or do something similar if that's not possible.

"Anonymous wallet owner" is an oxymoron .
It can only confirm that a particular person knows the key(s) for a particular wallet. If the notary is technically advanced enough, he will be able to confirm this. But it is doubtful that he is so well versed in all the nuances of bitcoins, ethers, etc.

At the moment, there is a "Site Inspection" service: https://notarius-rus.ru/articles/obespechenie-doka...
Within it, everything you need can be performed. Wallet, not a wallet, etc.

No. A notary can only assure that such and such information was on such and such page of such and such site at such and such time. In no case will this be direct evidence of ownership of the account.

Go to a notary and ask.
My experience has shown that on simpler things, but which are not included in the usual list with which they go to the notary, there will be a surprised look and refusal. Just in case.
