Threatened by a person who believes that I stole the source code from him?

Good afternoon.
An unknown person wrote to me in a personal message on VK and began threatening to sue me for allegedly stealing the source code of the site and pouring it into my portfolio.
Correspondence:
https://monosnap.com/file/8jHiNbjdbjnnarpJCq8vZwJ2...
https://monosnap.com/file/mzx0zVEK8VXlzPuWqU1TqpZv...
https://monosnap.com/file/EPZcNhH0gPmIAUS0HbezZx5V...
My portfolio website: andrewartekha. in.ua
The site, because of which all the cheese is boron: andrewartekha.in.ua/site
How it really is: about two years ago I took an order, made it (made it up), received money and poured it into my work on the site portfolio.
Unknown threatens article 1311: Liability for violation of the exclusive right to the object of related rights.
And so, here's what we have at the moment:
1) Correspondence with my customer was conducted on Skype, I changed my account a long time ago, that is, there is no access to the correspondence, although I can contact the customer via VK, so he can confirm.
2) I also don’t have the source files, because I reinstalled the axis, and nothing from the old projects was left on the LAN.
What can you say about this situation? And what are the chances that an unknown person will be able to do something to me (after all, I made the site myself)?
PS He is from Russia, I am from Ukraine.
Thanks for the advice.

He threatens with an article, which means he plans to act in the legal field. If you are the author and can prove it - there is nothing to fear. Moreover, the opponent will also need to prove his authorship to the court.
But precisely because he wrote to you, not embarrassed in terms, it is clear that he is counting on a quick solution to the issue, you will get scared and send him compensation.
I propose to inform your opponent that, on the advice of a lawyer, you refuse to conduct any negotiations with him in electronic form. If he wishes, let him file his claims in the form of a statement of claim.
Most likely this story will end there.

Yes, right now you can merge anything from any site, correct the layout, go through the obfuscator - and it will not be provable.
Maybe he leaked them or they sold him the leaked ones.

And the customer will be ready to document his intentional participation (participation) in a tax-free transaction?
I believe that the calculations were made "by the cash register", otherwise the contractor would have had the documents available.
I am also ready to assume that the customer has brains (since there is money to order work) and he will not wind up complicity for himself.
