How to buy photos of people?

There was a need for photographs of real people, namely, signs of an erotic nature.
VK is teeming with sales announcements, ordering is not a problem, but how to properly issue the rights to change and use a photo?
It is very far from the issues of buying photo content, usually if I need something I just buy it on different photo banks or iconfinder
