How to legally organize/register a startup/project/web service?

Let's say there is an idea to create a site (web service) for automatic compilation of poems for those users. Naturally, the service is paid, a verse for denyuzhku. Poems are composed, for example, with the help of neuroalgorithms, automatically-programmatically, without the participation of writers.
It is problematic to raise and develop an idea on your own.
How should everything be properly organized and recorded? How do you legalize everything?
For a project, for example, you need: a coder, a designer, a verse writer (for basic verse phrases and rhymes of the service core configuration).
The main author of the project is the leader.
How to register everything correctly? How to formalize labor relations between all project participants? If each of them works for a share in the project? That is, at the initial stage, no one receives anything in monetary terms, but only later, if the project turns out to be successful.
Do I need to register an individual entrepreneur or LLC, how to register everything?

If a lawyer is not included in the staff, then it makes sense to go (in the real world) to a law firm and consult with their lawyers.
The question is too broad and general. The devil is in the details.

For everything to grow together (from personal experience):
1. An idea on paper! Those. business plan, at least for now without a financial section. If you can't describe it, then don't think about it. Were able to describe - read the second paragraph.
2. Put together a team. two or three members. It is those who are ready, regardless of the time of day, to work and follow you. They must believe you. Agreed - read on.
3. Try to make a little bit of a working version. Let the output be crooked, funny, but poetry. Done - next.
4. Try to supplement the business plan with a financial section, where there will be a meaningful description of the monetization (economy) of the service. Happened? Then the fifth.
5. Find potential customers. Try to sell them, in a good sense of the word, your service to them. There will be a positive effect and resonance (need) - go to the sixth point.
6. Register a legal entity. IP or LLC - this should be consulted based on the results of the previous five points.
7. Wrap your business in legal documents (copyrights, user agreements, contracts, disclaimers, etc.) to protect yourself (at least somehow) from piracy.
8. Attract new customers, support old ones and grow!
It's primitive, yes. But at least it's a start :)

1. If you want to fix the rights of all participants at this stage, you need to register
2. If no further venture transactions are planned, and a service for citizens of the Russian Federation, you can register everyone as co-founders of an LLC, with the corresponding shares. In the case of IP for partners, there are no guarantees at all.
3. If everyone works for an idea, you don’t register anyone in the state, then you solve the issue of white salaries as you pull taxes.

If you are in Moscow, I can recommend inexpensive specialists who will help you arrange everything correctly, both in terms of accounting and legal issues, and in terms of taxes.

It is better not to rush into an employment relationship. Clearly define where you will accumulate intellectual property rights. This is your main resource. This is solved by means of contracts with a ..programmer-layout, designer, poet ...
You can think about registration, when there is a need to receive and legalize profits,
pay attention to the registration of TM

It is better to consult with successful startups, for example, with the founder of the startup Preply delo.ua/tech/ukrainskij-startap-preply-privlek-120... . His site for the selection of tutors is now in first place among similar ones)
