Let's say there is an idea to create a site (web service) for automatic compilation of poems for those users. Naturally, the service is paid, a verse for denyuzhku. How should everything be properly organized and recorded? How do you legalize everything?

How to register everything correctly? How to formalize labor relations between all project participants? If each of them works for a share in the project? That is, at the initial stage, no one receives anything in monetary terms, but only later, if the project turns out to be successful.

6. Register a legal entity. IP or LLC - this should be consulted based on the results of the previous five points.
7. Wrap your business in legal documents (copyrights, user agreements, contracts, disclaimers, etc.) to protect yourself (at least somehow) from piracy.
8. Attract new customers, support old ones and grow!
