I enter. Particularly on the blog. And so I read that the main load goes to the title, then to h1 ... and so on ... h2-h5 is less, but some percentage also applies to them. And it probably needs to be diluted. Keyword - site address... in the title. And in h1-h3 the keyword is on the topic and then something original. I usually look at wordstat what people stuff. The most popular in the title, which is smaller, but on the topic - h1, etc.
