2 months ago I finished the project, online orders for printing photos on canvas . I have an intermediate level in web development and SEO. I didn’t bother with the promotion right away and launched contextual advertising in Google (I’m from Ukraine). But after spending $50 in 2 months, the result does not justify the desires. 80% of clicks on relevant keywords, on average, visitors on the site for about 1-2 minutes, but very few people even reach the order form.
Then the decision was made:
Replace the picture on the main slider;
Replace with more attractive styling pictures, layout preparation;
Add a girl with sizes and prices;
Replace the usual gallery with the gallery from instagram;
Less text in "why us";
Added a page with reviews and a blog;

The site is beautiful and nothing really needs to be changed, you probably haven’t seen trash yet))) Just fix the download speed, it takes a long time for Visual Compouser WP to load JS, I’m pissed off by a long download.
Recommendations from me are as follows:
1. Make a landing page for the context, why a whole site for one service? Use the site to convince you, we are cool, we have a cool website. All.
2. On the site, show real photos - a lot - of canvases, like, these are the very people like you ordering prints on canvas, and not some chosen ones or spoiled ones. IMHO, for me, as a man and a techie, this is useless, but if I saw another techie on canvas, I would be more interested. Only do this with the target audience, and not with the techies))
3. Make one seal for 2000-5000 UAH with a gold frame and rubies, so that the majors make orders. I would not give such a picture to a girl, because it is only 500 UAH. I think you understand me.
4. What percentage comes to purchase counted? Do the math. Should be 1-2% - a normal figure for the site. I really don't know what sales model.
5. How many people sculpt their own canvas in the online editor on the site? I wouldn't do it either, because I'm a lazy ass with crooked hands and I pay money, why should I strain. (And maybe I'm wrong)
The most important thing in the channels to attract customers.Forget about everything and go to instagram - there such services with arms and legs will be sold out. Why do you need context and a website? Take cool photos in Photoshop and upload them to 100 hashtags, mass following and even paid advertising with stars. This is a platform just for you and marketing there is much more interesting to do. Website - leave it, forget it, support it, but only to send a link to Instagram users (I sell a lot of things on Instagram that don’t fit in the format and they buy).
The most important thing is sales. Raise your prices. Do not sell cheap because the costs will not pay off, or do you have such high turnover? (Maybe big, xs, I work on big checks, so I'm scared to sell cheap) =)
And your site is awesome. Ask questions about the site to customers who have bought it, they will tell you how it is, and the developers are looking for validation, looking at the PHP version and spitting at the sight of WP. The client - completely do not care)))

The comments above would be effective, but:
1. Was the $50 spent on context or some other channel? 2. With an average attendance of 10 uniques
/ day, you can’t do analytics in any way - you need more visitors - try targeting in VK according to your target audience + connect your friends
associated with a furniture store (now they are not very informative + remove links from them to youtube (the link should translate to YouTube, and not open the video in pop up) - this greatly loads the main page and if you also advertised on it, it is not surprising that people just left without waiting for the page to load)
4. You have 8 fonts on the site - it's "gouge out" - optimize for users - it's inconvenient to read!
You can write here a huge sheet on improvement, but for the most part it will be just advice from experts who personally may not bring you any results at all, and you will waste time and money. The best way is to catch up with more visitors and analyze their behavior through metrics and analytics (do not forget to lead people by your keywords and interesting offers) - it's just that competitors offer this service at times cheaper
