To narrowly specialize IM on different sites following the example of Habr?
I do not remember where, but I read that now search engines prefer a narrower specialization of sites than "combine" sites.
Example, there is a site for the sale of used cars (just as an example). And allegedly, according to current trends, it is better to divide it into several sites on some basis. For example, a separate site for trucks, a separate site for sports cars, a separate site for small cars, and so on. So, if you do this and at the same time there will be links "from each to each", for example, as in the Habré in the upper block, will this more likely lead to a positive effect or a negative one (since links to sites of the same subject without a significant TIC)?

. cars, you need to make clear category pages with all the ensuing tags, unique texts, etc.
Do not engage in nonsense, if there is something to fill in (quality content and description), do everything in one, otherwise you will be tormented to support all resources.
