SEO site structure. Relative position of directories

There is a site with hotels. Let's say hotels are divided by the number of places and by metro. In this case, the links may look like this:
hotel.ru/1-place/profsoyznay/ - single rooms near the trade union metro
or
hotel.ru/profsoyznay/ - all rooms near the trade union metro
We see that the first level directory can encode both position and and number of seats. Does the search engine take this kind of ambiguity well?
Or would it be better to always have the first level directory point to the number of places?
For example, hotel.ru/any-place/profsoyznay/

@GM2mars

I would do the opposite, I would go from larger to smaller, that is: metro -> number of seats
hotel.ru/profsoyznay/ - any number of rooms in a room on a trade union
hotel.ru/profsoyznay/1-place/ - single rooms on a trade union
hotel .ru/all_subway_station/1-place/ - single rooms at any station
ps don't know about seo, but if you want to do restful api, then this option will be more visual

I would advise you to first collect SL for the site, see what people are looking for more, if they are looking for N-bed rooms near a metro station, then the hotel.ru/profsoyznay/N-place/
option /N-place/profsoyznay/
