Why is the number of external incoming links on the site increasing?

I have several online stores linking to each other. in Yandex webmaster shows that the number of external incoming links is 64,000, sites referring to mine - 44. Over the past week, the growth was 13 thousand. Why might there be such growth and how might it affect the site?

Perhaps some of the links to your site are drafts, and as the number of pages on donors grows, the number of links to your site increases
