Set up dns zones for nic.ru and heroku?

I have a domain name on nic.ru, I bought a dns hosting service, because in the support they said that there is no way without it, now I'm trying to bind the domain name to hosting on heroku.
I use this manual

Now my dns master on nick.ru looks like this
(174.129.25.170 is wwwizer.com - a service that redirects to www for free)
But something It does not work for me. What's wrong?
