Please tell me whether it is worth trusting (and registering) the reg.ru domain registrar? Why provide detailed data in the basic questionnaire? Is it possible to register a domain (a domain in the .xyz zone) without a basic profile?

any foreign registrar will register xyz for you - no problem.
