How to unlink a domain from pdd.yandex.ru

I can’t untie the domain from Yandex.plchta, the domain itself is registered with nic.ru, the problem is that there is no data on the login to which the domain is recorded. How to be?

You don't have login data for Yandex or for your panel at the domain registrar? If there is no access to Yandex, then simply change the Name Server of the domain through your registrar's website.

What DNS is the domain delegated to?
If Yandex, then delete the corresponding MX records pointing to Yandex.
If not Yandex, then the one who manages the DNS.
If nic.ru has it, you need to restore your account. Is the domain registered to you? Contact nic.ru support - I think they will tell you how to regain control of the domain.
