What are the pros and cons of registering a company's domain for a legal entity? face?

Actually, we decided to deal with the mess that prevails on the company's website. It turned out that the domain belongs to physical. a person who has nothing against the company, but is not related to the company either. The owner is ready to transfer the domain, the question is how to transfer it better - to legal. person or simply re-register, for example, to a general manager.
It is logical that in jur. the face option is more correct, but each option should have both pluses and minuses. Domain in the .ru
zone I would like to know what surprises the domain can expect in case of re-registration to the legal. face.

Advantages of a legal entity:
- if the domain is important to the company (online store, web service) - it belongs to the company, i.e. to all founders in the same shares as the company. If the founders quarrel - everything is framed correctly; if the domain was issued to an employee\founder - there may be risks associated with this. No one in the company works forever, and does not live forever.
Cons of a legal entity:
- inconvenient to pay (no cards / electronic money);
- all important actions with the domain (for example, changing the registrar) - only the general does or by proxy.

Let me ask a counter question, but what for your legal entity. the face of the domain, respectively, and the site on this domain, and even for which you need to roll the dough?
The subtext of the question is, in what area of business does your company operate, and the purpose of your site.

Register for a legal entity, the minuses are the same, but the pluses can suddenly appear.
For example, it is easier to defend the rights to a domain. a person who is less willing to steal a domain from a company, and besides, when registering a trademark, it is much more reliable

when registering for yurika - the ability to piss off the domain. stupidly forgot about the extension. pulled this off a few times.
Docs are sent to Yurik for payment. physics should be given cash.
you can argue with a physicist.

In addition to @VictoriaBest :
There is a corresponding downside. If the site has "not quite legal" content (brand logos without written permission, copied someone else's text, photos, names, etc.) that large companies can find fault with if they wish, then it might be better to leave it to a private trader. And just not related to the company. And better from another country :). I don’t know how much easier it will be to defend your rights (maybe easier), but the fines for physicists are definitely less.
