Reject iOS applications (Guideline 5.2.2 - Legal) how to solve the problem?

Hello.
My mobile application uses the VK API for authorization and getting data about the current user, friends, etc.

You need to watch the app. For now, let's try guessing.
If you use authorization via OAuth , then most likely there is no problem - you need to send an appeal and wait a couple of days. In the appeal, please provide links to the API from VK, an agreement on the use and a description from yourself why you use VK.
If you did a simulated authorization , then try passing the login password for the reviewer so that he can log in and see the permission request. This will remove questions about the incorrect use of 3-data. If you forge authorization with a login-password, then there are few chances to pass the review .
If the appeal from the first option does not help, I would make a fake form for the reviewers, and after the release I would switch to the OAuth protocol.
Recently, reviewers have been making fierce rejects. I caught 6 in a year, the appeal was granted for all.
