How long to wait for a letter from Apple?

I registered at apple.developer.com two days ago. Today I received a message that the payment was successful and you can continue registration, after which this message appeared: "Big Warning
We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership.
We have received your purchase information and will email you shortly to verify additional details ". How long to wait for the next letter?

In my experience, for Apple, a week and a half is almost immediately. I have a bugfix in the AppStore marinated for two weeks.
People used to say that you can try to force this matter with calls, but you need to have enough impudence and strong spoken English.

I received a letter within an hour after the write-off.
It was funny then, Apple glitched and wrote off from me for two subscriptions))
