Will the mobile app pass the Apple Store?
Description of the application. The mobile application collects information from sensors. Visualizes them. This data will be sent to the site, to the user's personal account.
The mobile app and website sell sensors. Payment does not go through apple.
It is necessary to impose a subscription on this scheme. That is, after the subscription expires, the mobile application stops receiving data. The subscription is sold on the site not through apple.
Do we fall under the item from the store. Can we think of our application as a cloud content player? Maybe there are analogues.

11.14
Apps can read or play approved content (specifically magazines, newspapers, books, audio, music, video and cloud storage) that is subscribed to or purchased outside of the App, as long as there is no button or external link in the App to purchase the approved content. Apple will only receive a portion of revenues for content purchased inside the App

And it's not even worth mentioning the fact that the subscription can be bought through the site - see 11.13:
IMHO will not be allowed through moderation.
In general, if an application sells non-electronic goods (in your case, sensors), then such applications are acceptable. Applications that do not sell through apple what is possible to sell through them are not allowed. There was an article on Habré about this, now I searched, but did not find it.
