Can I test an app on iPhone without a developer account?

Greetings.
I'm learning iOS development. Wrote a simple application. I have an iPhone 6 on which I want to drive this application.
I haven't figured out all the subtleties of the Apple Dev Program yet. Is it possible to upload the application to your device without having a developer account?
