How to complete the registration in Apple Developer now?

I paid for registration at Apple Developer through a card, entered all the data correctly, indicating the country of Russia. The payment was not accepted no matter what I did, then "something" happened. Leaving the correct credit card details, in the "Billing Information" section, just for verification, I entered a different abro-kadabra in the form of a set of numbers and letters, indicating that I was from America. And a terrible thing happened, the payment went through, the money was withdrawn, and after 6 hours a letter arrived with a link code for activation. BUT I didn't complete the activation because the following message appeared:
"We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership.
We have received your purchase information and will email you shortly to verify additional details."
Please tell me what to do???

And the fact that in "Billing Information" it was not possible to understand what is written, what to do with it? Or is it no longer important?
