Non-personalized cards (they are also unembossed) and electron/maestro are not intended for online payment.
CVV2 from visa (aka CVC2 from mastercard) is on all cards intended for payment on the Internet.
Again, Apple has no problems with paying for 3ds, because 3ds is implemented entirely on the side of the bank that issued the card.
Sberbank traditionally has problems with this (as well as with everything else).
Order a card in a normal bank, for example, in Alpha.

Specifically, Sberbank came up with such a muck as "intra-bank cards" (all social cards get there, part of salary ones and electron / maestro definitely got there before).
The bottom line is that despite the fact that visa/mastercard is written on the card, in fact, this card is simply issued using the visa/mastercard technology, but is not connected to a single processing, visa/mastercard do not know anything about it and, accordingly, use the card outside the terminal network the acquiring bank will not work (at the same time, there may be CVC2 on the card).

Have you tried and it doesn't work? 3ds thing is optional and depends on the acquiring settings, so if you always get 3ds in the Russian Federation, then when paying in the USA it can easily fly without it

I found another Beeline card - mc, not registered, without a chip. In support they said, it seems like it can go without cvc, I'll try it.

I paid from a Sberbank card and from an alpha card with chips, I also paid with a virtual qiwi visa, it was always the norm.
