What details of the organization are used to check for the presence of a DUNS number?

Gentlemen, you need to register a developer account in the App Store on behalf of the organization. To do this, you need to enter a DUNS number during registration.
If the organization has not yet been assigned a number, it must be obtained. Apple suggests checking for the presence of a DUNS number using the "DUNS Number look up tool". After entering data about the company through the "DUNS Number look up tool", the system finds another company and does not give any other options (neither register a new one, nor indicate that the found record is incorrect).
Can anyone come across? What details are used to check for company registration in the Dun & Bradstreet registry?
We have already tried to specify a different address, phone number, website and mail, but somehow it still finds another organization.

If you haven't received a DUNS confirmation call, you don't have this number yet . It is not assigned by default. You need to get it and verify the organization. I got the most calls.
There are cases of strange behavior when an account was banned from registering for a legal entity because it is in Russia / the moon is in Jupiter and who knows why. The problem was solved by communication through support. If you can't enter the details , email them directly. They will add it manually. Support mail: [email protected]
Perhaps the problem is that you enter in English. Need in Russian. Try it.
