How to fill out TaxInfo in iTunes Connect?

To connect iAd advertising to my applications, I have to fill out TaxInfo, but to fill it out I need different US documents, what should I do?

If you are not a US resident, then you do not need to fill in anything there. You just choose that you are not a resident and that's it.
