How to convert developer certificate to p12?

I go to the "Keychain Access", select my certificate, RMB - Export. File format: "Personal Information Exchange (.p12)" This item is inactive (the other 3 can be selected: .cer, .pem, .p7b). In which direction to dig?
When I try to create .p12 on Windows using SSL, the file is created, but 0Kb. I did

In the keychain on the left, you need to select "Keys" in the category, and from there you can already export.
