Are there any restrictions on placing applications in the AppStore and GooglePlayMarket?

Good afternoon! Please let me know if anyone has come across this before. In connection with recent events, are there any restrictions on placing the application in the AppStore and GooglePlayMarket? If so, which ones, and how can they be bypassed?
I'm going to spread the application as Jur. face. Accordingly, will Apple approve the application for a Duns number? Will it be possible to create a developer account in GooglePlayMarket?

How do you pay for it (developer account) if the cards do not work. Google has no alternative
payment options.
I don't know about Apple. You can renew your subscription or buy an application from your personal account. You can replenish the front one through mobile operators. But is there an option to pay aka I don’t know :(

If you can pay, then there will be no problems. The easiest way to avoid unnecessary problems is to open a legal entity outside the Russian Federation.
There are no restrictions on working with app stores (yet).
