Will the App store and Play market publish a boxed solution?

Good afternoon. There is a "box solution": an application for ordering food. Many of my clients would like to purchase this. Will there be any problems when publishing the application in the App store and Play market for the 2nd and subsequent customers? Will be published in the client's personal account. Applications will differ in design.

You cannot publish two applications with the same Package name in the market, so you will need to make sure that your customers can change it in the source code and build your version of the application with your signature.
And yet, there is a risk that Google will block the account of one of the clients, or yours, in the future, for any, any violation. And the rest of the accounts will be shown as "linked" (the algorithm for determining linked accounts is not known) and will also be blocked. With all the ensuing consequences.
