Is it possible to publish the VK Apps application in the App Store?

Hello. VKontakte recently released a set of React libraries. (more details https://vk.com/dev/vk_apps_docs )
As far as I understand, it has the ability to work in Offline mode and compile a full-fledged application. So the question is, is it possible to publish such an application in the App Store for the iPhone?

If you do everything through the WebView, drawing the navigation buttons and the top bar separately, then the application passes both in VK and in the App Store / Google Play.
