Actually the question is in the title: I'm interested in where you can buy packs of sounds or melodies for use in the application. It is clear that there are a lot of stocks, they are interested in those that are licensed for the App Store, so that there are no further conflicts.

Jamendo - a lot of music, under different licenses, you can look for free ones. There are no sounds, only music.
