Notify administrator when AD roaming profile size limit is exceeded

There is a domain controller on 2008R2, there are roaming profiles limited in size. because these restrictions are conditional and only users get notifications - not exactly what you want. Is it possible to make the system somehow notify the administrator that the user Vasya Pupkin's profile is larger than allowed?
