Is it possible to change the text of email messages (including headers) in an arbitrary mailbox?

Or, as an alternative, change the text of messages in the OST file (MS Outlook) so that they are then synchronized with the server.

For example, to make the same functionality as in the email editor for Gmail: Signal Extension for Chrome

It is possible to edit the text of messages when receiving / sending, through Transport Rules. This is sometimes done, for example, to automatically add signatures and Disclaimers.
