So no one will answer you. You can see for yourself that the message practically says nothing. Well, "overflow" so what? But who knows, who overflowed with you there. Look for your version of office limits for Excel on the number of rows, columns, sheets. Have you exceeded? If you do an export with some of your code, then there may well be errors there too (maybe you have an infinite loop there) - check, debug.
