How to add cell values ​​in Excel?

There is this piece of code (if you can call it that):
=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Профессионал";B3));"1"; "0")
It looks for a certain word in cell B3 and gives out either "1" or "0".
I need to loop through cells B1:B999 and apply this condition to each cell. And the resulting results are summarized (in fact, zeros and ones will be summed up).
The resulting number, of course, output to the cell.
