There was such a question. Is it possible with different Microsoft accounts, but from one bank card, to get for each account, a trial monthly period of Microsoft Azure. Or for successful verification, you need to use different bank cards. (I tried it myself, but to no avail. Maybe my hands are just crooked.)

I assure you .. that crests also work in Microsoft. And they feel their own from a kilometer away. =) So you probably need to open new cards every month.
