What will be for storing ISO image of Windows 7 from a legal point of view?

If the police come with a search for unlicensed software and find the original ISO image of Windows 7 on the hard drive, then what can this threaten? (it was downloaded from a torrent, Windows itself was not purchased and not installed)

And what’s so special about it in itself, it’s very licensed, but I don’t know about activators, but if you remember all the stories of detention, they catch it only after the moment when all sorts of computer scientists quack Windows.

For the image itself, nothing will happen if you don’t incriminate yourself under torture (for example, that you wanted to install and use Windows from this image unlicensed tomorrow, while carefully preparing, specifically looking for and downloading from a torrent, i.e. realized and allowed causing damage to Microsoft, but could not bring his criminal intent to the end, because operatives stopped). It's highly exaggerated, but it's not what they sign.
But if they find an installed Windows pirate nearby, then each found, even a pristine ISO image, will be counted in the total amount of damage as a separate copy of the software (storage is also a use).

Everything is complicated, because in Russia there is no rule of law. Theoretically, the image falls under the definition of "copying", but in practice, they will not open a case for the image (unless you really want to), but they will add it to the open case.

In theory, there should be nothing terrible, but one must be able to share.
