Extended touchpad gestures on 'microsoft all in one' keyboard?

I would like to set up additional gestures, like on the notorious Synaptic-compatible (Sentelic, for example) touchpads (scroll at the edge of the touchpad, 3-finger gestures, etc.), is it possible to achieve this from the touchpad of any other manufacturer (in particular, with the mentioned keyboard Microsoft?

I think the main problem is in the hardware, because it must support multitouch.
You can connect the Apple MagicTrackpad, but of course you won’t get all the MacOS gestures (there will be a scull in theory).
