Cause of blue screen and broken hibernation?

Windows 8.1, license, SSD hard drive.
New laptop, recently upgraded the memory. I tested it using windows tools, without errors.
Hibernation does not work, or it works 1 out of 20 times, and if it rises, firefox still crashes.
And periodically a blue screen may appear after a "successful" hibernation, immediately.
Hibernation works this way both through the buttons on the case and through the soft buttons.
The blue screen errors were:
Page_fault_non_paged_area
Rtwlan.sys
Critical_Process_Died
NTFS_File_System (ntfs.sys)
Memory_Management
System_Service_Exception

- memtest a couple of circles
- update the drivers for wifi
