No picture on VGA A6-9500?

I recently took components for a machine for office tasks
- AsRock 320m-DVS
- AMD A6 9500
- a cooler for it
- DDR4 for 4 gigs
- PSU for 400 watts
- SSD for 120 gigs
- an old HDD for 500 gigs
It seems to power everything, turn on the computer, coolers are spinning, LEDs are on, but the integrated graphics do not produce a picture via VGA. In this connection, the question is: what could be the reason for this problem?
