The tablet has a special connector for connecting to a PC. Through it, synchronization and data exchange takes place. Also in the tablet there is a full-fledged USB. Is it possible to implement sync. and data exchange through it?

Most likely with a regular cable - no. This article details how to connect two computers using USB. I think the rules are the same for Android tablets. Special cables with small network interfaces in the middle + drivers for these interfaces. But I'm still not sure about synchronization.

In general: No.
Dig towards adb. With it, you can easily transfer files to and from your tablet. But without root, there will be no access to application data.
