I want to take a tablet in one electronics hypermarket, but it is only in one copy, and then it is in the window. The price with other stores differs very much, within 3-4k r. No scuffs or scratches in appearance. The tablet model is old, on sale for more than a year.
The tablet works connected to a power source. What can happen to the battery in this case?

Yes, and you can ask the sellers to let them play for 15 minutes, start a heavy game (bring it with you or download it from the market on the spot) and see how much the charge decreases - this should be enough to understand how long the battery will last. In addition to the battery, it is unlikely that anything could deteriorate in a year. I see no problem, except if there is a personal dislike for the goods in the window or used.
