Network disappears on ESXi 6.7. How to diagnose?

There is a physical server on colocation with ESXi 6.7 installed and 8 virtual machines on it. ESXi itself is installed on an SSD disk, virtual machines are installed on regular HDDs. About once a day, the ping to the server disappears. You have to ask the hoster to connect to the ipkvm server to see the logs, find nothing there and reboot. Only ping disappears when I connect to the control machine and viewing the logs works, so it has not hung.
After a reboot everything works again.
I can not find the reason, rummaged through all the logs.

@arruah

It seems that the inclusion of IOMMU in the BIOS and the transfer from SDD to HDD of virtual machines helped, leaving only ESXi itself on SDD.

After all, the physical server has several Eth ports, have you tried replacing it?
