Motherboard under Sandy Bridge?

After a year of reading habr from a netbook, I wanted to read it on something more advanced.
For two years I did not follow the news of iron, now I opened the price of the sunrise of the electric zone and began to study the assortment. I settled on a Core i7 2600 (modification K is not needed, because I'm not going to overclock), 16 GB of the Huniks frame , I also need built-in video with some upgrade probability (I don’t play toys, but you never know).
The choice of processor is due to the large number of simultaneously running virtual machines required for work. Yes, and it's not that expensive.
It remains to choose the motherboard. In appearance, all the mothers under the P67 are beautiful, they shine with radiators and awaken consumer instincts. Two years ago, the asus was not bad, sometimes you could take MSI. Now what about them? I was surprised to see the "budget" ASRock for 5-7 thousand - does anyone have experience with him?
Budget — I would like 7-8 thousand. Overclocking, modding, etc. are not needed.
In general, help me out, otherwise I’ll go and buy a MacBook.

ATX ASROCK LGA 1155 DDR3 - it doesn't look bad, but ASROCK is the daughter of Asus, and their quality is not always up to par. I would advise you ASUS P8P67 series for example this one . I was disappointed in Gigabyte, bought it 2 years ago, and then changed it 3 times. Now I stuck it into the HTPC, where the fact that the computer reboots itself is not so annoying.
