Two Intel Core X processors?

Hello. I can’t find any information why there are no motherboards with two sockets for Intel core processors, who knows? And also the meaning of the memory frequency of 4600, if the processor allegedly supports only 2666?

Because marketing. Core - desktop line and multi-socket configurations are intentionally cut out. See the specification for the number of QPI connections that Intel uses to transfer data between sockets.
Memory frequencies - Intel always underestimates the memory modes in the specification relative to the supported multipliers. For the modes above those specified in the specification, they are not officially responsible.

Multiprocessing is only supported on the server line. If you want multiple processors, buy a server platform.
For everything else, there is overclocking, if you use it, you "lose" the warranty. Not all memory can be overclocked and not any overclocked one will work stably
