What batteries are on laptop motherboards?

In the laptop (Acer Extensa 7620, 17 inches), time began to go astray. Suspicion falls on the battery on the motherboard. But now there is no way to disassemble this laptop to see what is there, but it would be necessary to purchase a replacement. Who can tell if laptops usually have the same batteries as regular motherboards, or something specific? And are they replaceable without a soldering iron at all?

Often this is either a soldered element or a battery with a plug. Searching for parts for your model turned up this .

In modern laptops, they began to install miniature Li-ion batteries at 3V.
In my Toshiba, I replaced tuj with a regular 3V CR2032 battery, connecting the positive contact through a diode :). Cheap and angry.
