What's wrong with the new motherboard or what's the problem?

Good day, I ask for help in resolving the issue. The other day I purchased parts for a PC, from the main motherboard GIGABYTE H110M-D3H R2, Intel i3 7100 processor, Palit GTX 1050 video card and Aerocool KCAS 700W power supply.
The essence of the problem, after assembling the PC, when it was turned on, the speaker on the motherboard emitted 5 signals, as it turned out, it was the old BIOS. I contacted the store to update the BIOS, as a result, after updating the BIOS to the latest version, when the computer is turned on, the system (LED on the motherboard, case cooler and processor cooler, the sound of starting the hard drive is also heard) starts up for about 5 seconds and turns off and the SPEAKER does not signal an error.
Please tell me what you can try to do at home without taking the PC for diagnostics

In theory, after the purchase, and on the old version of the BIOS, it should have worked.
1. Pull out the battery on the motherboard for 5 minutes, insert it back and then try to start the system.
2. Try to run with one memory bar.
3. Try to start with the built-in video card (if any)
4. Check the connection of the connectors from the power supply on the motherboard.
5. Try to connect and start the system with a different power supply.
In general, as usual, you need to "shamanize".
